Crappy weather today! All workouts not so energetic but got everything done except last one. Cutting out the carbs has always been really hard. I crave them!

Day 5
Had to take the day off of exercising really really really sore couldn't barely sit down or raise my arms. Food wise:

Day 3 and 4 June 9 and 10, 2010
Doing great, but over did the workouts yesterday and I am so sore today I can barely sit down or raise my arms! My start weight was 183.6lbs and this morning was 182.2 so there is definite movement. The last time I did the MD 2010 I was at 166. My goal weight is 165 by the end of June. I noticed that as soon as I stop exercising and stray from the ED I gain weight so fast!
