Day 1 food very clean and ED friendly

Omelet veggies

Potatoes
Buffalo Burger with no bun
Chili

Workouts completed: all 4 4th one 15 min jogging

Day 2 food very clean and ED friendly

Boiled egg
Fruit
Carrot soup
Rice noodles and tomato sauce

Workouts complete: all 4 4th one 15 min jogging
