Day 6-9

Hi guys great blogs everyone! I was away for work and just got back home. I can't believe we are on Day 9 already!
DAY 6
Take about Delayed muscle soreness!
Did all workouts except #4
Food
Fruit
Veggie Stirfry with rice noodles
Kabobs with veggies and salad
Day 7
Feeling really good! Workouts all completed plus hardcore jog up hill

Soup
Stuffed mushrooms
Potatoes
Salad
Day 8
Crappy weather today! All workouts not so energetic but got everything done except last one. Cutting out the carbs has always been really hard. I crave them!
Yogurt

Beef tenderloins
Salad
Yams
