Doing great, but over did the workouts yesterday and I am so sore today I can barely sit down or raise my arms! My start weight was 183.6lbs and this morning was 182.2 so there is definite movement. The last time I did the MD 2010 I was at 166. My goal weight is 165 by the end of June. I noticed that as soon as I stop exercising and stray from the ED I gain weight so fast! Excercises going great!! Kinda tired though at totally ready for bed by 10:30 pm!
