Day 5
Woke up early this morning and completed the Meltdown challenge. Since it is Canada Day today we went for Breakfast. I ordered 2 scrambled eggs with a slice of ham and tomato slices. Spent the day outside and then went for a BBQ. I made kabobs, bean salad and faux potato salad. I used cauliflower instead of potatoes. It was pretty good. Got to bed early and had a great sleep.Day 6
Again food was ED friendly and did my workouts. I spent most of the day pool side and worked on my tan. See photo.
Day 7
Food ED friendly, really sore today so didn't do any workouts, but spent a lazy afternoon pool side.
