Weight in lbs 179.0 on the button, which is awesome because a week ago I was at 184.
This mornings workout 6am 7am boot camp then home to do Dax's workout 16 min of circuits was pretty warmed up so got right into it.
Meltdown uno: Pushups 51 Squats 56
MD2: Shoulder Press 59 Step Back Lunge 45
MD3: Spiderman 55 STL 32 (not sure I did this right, but saw video and will make adjustments
MD4: Curp and press 32 Squat 54

Just finished Workout Two Individual Circuit Program
Pushup 43
Squats 38 with 10 pound dumbell
Spiderman 39 (all together not each side)
Russian Twist (23 counting right 1 left 2)
Shoulder Press with 5lb weight 43
Circuit done in 2:46
