Boot Camp this morning 6am -7am and here is my workout one for today.
Yesterday results vs. today

PU 51, 48 (went down deeper today)
SQ 56, 51 (we did a ton of squats at bootcamp so feeling the burn)

1 bannana before boot camp 5:30 am
Breakfast 7:45 am
1 avocado
1 tomato
1 egg
2 organic rice cakes
Snack 10:00 am
Apple
Lunch 1:45 pm
Chicken steamed 3oz on top of a organic rice cake
1/2 cup yogurt
Workout Two 6:15 pm
PU, SQ, SM, RT, SP 2:14
Dinner
Salad with lots of fresh veggies with a dribble of olive oil mixed with lemon
Water 3 litres or more
Today was crazy. I had to go back up to the "vision quest" site which is ca. a two km hike up the Seven Sisters Mountian. Boy was I tired when I got home. Also we had the antique show this weekend so I had to help unload the trailer. I just finished my workout two and had dinner. Still have workout three to go. I am very sore, but I pushed through workout two, but didn't do as well as yesterday. Has it only been two days? LOL, I am looking forward to workout three as I love stretching and yoga, so will do it just before bed. I will have no problem getting to bed early tonight. Good Night.
