Well I am back from the field. I was away Sunday, Monday and today Tuesday, work outs were challenging but I did a ton of walking in steep terrain. I came home yesterday briefly and stepped on the scale 176 down from 176.4. so I was pretty pleased with myself. Today we surveyed Red Rock Coulee near Medicine Hat. 1/2 cup yogurt
apple
1 cup ckick peas with 1 tomato cut up with olive oil and lemon1 cup
buffalo stew no carbs just celery, onions, peppers and broth and some tomato sauce
