I was just sorting through my paperwork while getting ready to leave tomorrow for Jasper and I saw my notes for Day 15. I completely forgot to post the rest of Day 15. . . I got all my workouts in no prob and had 2 eggs with tomato, cilantro, onion and lemon for breakfast, for lunch I had a spinach salad and for dinner scallops and lobster and salad. Yesterday was actually a special day for me because I signed up for a 2 year online fashion design course. I have always loved sewing and making my own clothes and I finally got the courage to sign up! I am very excited! I start next week.

Yikes only manage to get one workout in DB Matrix! Work is insane! Trying to get all my reports in before the end of the Week before my fashion design course begins. I have many ideas of the different clothes I want to make.
Food today... Sushi for breakfast, Omelet for Lunch and Lentil soup for Dinner. Little high on the Carbs today so going to fast tomorrow. I will be away until Tuesday Day 18. Going to Jasper for work and will try like crazy to get my workouts in. I just finished packing my weights, mat and exercise workbook. I am a bit panicked because there are only 14 days left and I have still a lot to loose. I have been thinking about after the 30 days though. I will stick to the ED using the WAVE method and the fasting. I really want to get to my goal weight of 155 pounds and beyond. I am really going to bust a butt when I get back and get in as many workouts as I can in the next few days. I have to spend 2 nights in a hotel and they usually have a workout room so I should be okay.
