Well things are starting to move. Two inches off my chest and two inches off my waist and hips. Very happy about that. I have lost 8 lbs so far, which isn't too crazy and I am okay with that since I lost some exercise time. 10 days to go though so there is still hope.

Day 17
We left for Jasper today so I woke up early and did my MD. I ate a lot of carbs yesterday so I decided to fast today since I was just going to be sitting in the car most of the time. lt is an 9 hour drive. We stopped in Edson over night and the hotel we stayed at had a wicked gym so I did the ICP and ran on the tread mill and then did the DB matrix while watching the golden globe awards. We had no other choice but to eat out so we picked a Greek Restaurant and I order herbal tea and chicken skewers and Greek salad. When it came I had forgotten to ask for no feta, and I tried to pick most of it out. Got to bed at 11 pm and sleep fairly well. Throughout the day I drank lots of water and herbal tea.
Day 18
We woke up early and hit the road because we were still 1.5 hours away from Jasper. For breakfast I had a fruit salad and mint tea. We arrive at Parks Canada and loaded the desks and lights we bought at an online auction. This took most of the afternoon. When we were done we found a cute little cafe and I had a salad and lentil soup for lunch. After tying down our tarp we hit the road and stayed the night in Edson again. For dinner I had a Greek salad with no feta this time. This hotel also had a great gym and I hit it pretty hard. 25 minutes on the tread mill followed by the Body Weight workout which is awesome. So didn't get to do the other two workouts, but I did what I could. Drank lots of water throughout the day and lots of tea.
Day 19
Woke up and I had yogurt and fruit for breakfast. We drove home all the way with out stopping so didn't have a chance to workout. For lunch I had a Chef's salad with no cheese and for dinner I had Chili and salad. Then went to bed tired. Drank lots of water throughout the day and lots of tea.
