Well thought I was back in the game! My neck was still sore so went back to the chiropractor and got another adjustment! I didn't do the regular exercises, but just did some leg work. My neck is fine now and I just finished the pyramid workout for day 6. YAY!!
Day 5 FOOD
yogurt applesauce bluberries
buffalo sausage organic
2 eggs
stirfry with gluten free noodles
lots of water and tea
