July 13 and 14, DAY 23 and 24

Sunday night after fasting had buffalo roast, carrots, 1/2 potato and greens. Went for a jog 5km.
Monday night after fasting had tuna on rices cakes and chicken with salad.

I reach my goal yesterday (day 23)!! 170! and today I couldn't believe it 168.6 (Day 24)!! I had to weigh myself twice! I fasted yesterday and Sunday. My goal for the end of JULY is 150.
