I went shopping yesterday and stock up on my fridge. Lots of fresh fiberous veggies and fruits. I was so excited to find organic peanut butter and rice milk both with no sugar or preservatives added. It's carb day today, but I won't over do it. Today we are dancing at the Dragon Boats festival. WE did a great job on July 1st for Canada day. Will try and get a run in later tonight when it is cooler outside. Happy 4th of July my US friends!!
