High Carb day

Oatmeal
rice milk
field berries

yogurt
pickles

2 eggs
1 apple
1/2 banana
2 slices of beef cold cuts

1 rice cake
tsp of PB
1 banana

potato salad
chicken
1/2 advocado

Well I did eat alot more than I realized! Anyways tomorrow fasting! Good thing!!
