I still keep weighing myself every morning 173.8 down from 175.6 yesterday started 179 down 5.2 lbs 24.8 lbs to go. This is very encouraging. This has never happened to me before. I have been absolutely sticking to the ED and WAVE program. I have only missed a couple of workouts. I feel really great since my clothes are fitting better. Thanks DAX. I can't believe we are almost to the half way mark. Well the garden is looking good! We are growing tons of different vegetables. It was a long winter and we still had frost warning up until about June 5, so I don't know how everything will turn out, but here's hoping to lots of fresh greens. Here is a updated picture taken this morning.
